Shipping & Returns

  1. Robo Work Tools will endeavour to dispatch products ordered through this website within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order at the Robo Work Tools web site. However, under exceptional circumstances outlined below, possible delays should be expected:
    • Where Robo Work Tools has run out of stock and notified the Buyer of any delays in re-ordering stock.
    • Where payment is made by credit card and Robo Work Tools is experiencing delays in verifying credit card and cardholder details.
  2. If Robo Work Tools expects a delay in re-ordering stock where the goods ordered through this website are out of stock, then Robo Work Tools will notify the buyer via email at the earliest convenience of any expected delays including the estimated time when the order will be completed. As such, the buyer will be given an option by Robo Work Tools to cancel the order, and seek a refund of the money paid if desired.
  3. Robo Work Tools presumes that anyone at the delivery address supplied on the order form is authorised to receive the goods.
  4. Robo Work Tools is not responsible for wrong addresses supplied in the order form, and in case goods are refused or there is no one at the address supplied by the buyer, Robo Work Tools reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees for re-sending the goods.
  5. Robo Work Tools will not replace any goods damaged or lost once they are delivered to the buyer. The buyer takes ownership of the goods on delivery and is responsible if they are lost or damaged.
  6. Domestic Shipping within Australia: Assuming that the ordered product/s is available in our inventory, the buyer has the option to choose standard delivery or express post offered by Australia Post.
  7. International Shipping: Assuming that the ordered product/s are available in our inventory, then most deliveries outside of Australia should arrive within a maximum of 10-14 business days from the date of your order using Australia Post international delivery services depending on the efficiency of mail handling in your respective countries.
  8. Out of Stock: Though it is our intention to ship within 24 to 48 hours of the receipt of an order, sometimes this is not always possible since some products offered on this site are provided in accordance with demand and there are times when certain items may be out of stock. Additionally, since the products are sometimes imported, at times there could be delays in consignments arriving at our premises in Australia due to the process of quarantine. If this is the case with your order request, you will be notified by email as to an approximate arrival date.
